Adventures of Brock and Knox

This game was submitted to GMTK 2024. The Game Jam theme was 'Built to Scale'. 

INTRODUCTION

Join Brock      and Knox   ,  two cube-shaped brothers with a unique bond and an extraordinary ability. In this split-screen 2D puzzle platformer, players must navigate a world filled with challenges and obstacles, where you need to control both characters at a time and timing is the key.

NARRATIVE

Brock and Knox are not your ordinary siblings. These two brothers, with their perfectly square forms, are on a quest to explore mysterious lands and uncover hidden secrets. Each brother possesses the power to increase his size, but there's a catch—they have been cursed and only one can use the ability at a time. This means that while one brother grows to overcome large obstacles, the other must shrink and maneuver through tight spaces.

CONTROLS

• Both players will be controlled at the same time.
• Use 'A / D' to move or the 'Left / Right' arrow keys.
• 'Spacebar' to Jump.
• 'F' key to change size.
